Transition Leaders Program

The Transition Leaders Program, a joint initiative of WHY3C, Montpellier Business School (MBS), and Agence des Transitions, helps business leaders clarify their vision, adapt their business model, and steer change to make their organization more consistent and sustainable.

Businesses today operate in an environment marked by multiple and simultaneously occurring transitions, namely ecological, social, societal, digital, and organizational. These changes raise a key question for executives and senior managers: how can performance be maintained while fundamentally transforming the business model, strategy, and governance?

This program is designed to address that challenge. It is geared towards decision-makers who want to structure, steer, and embody their organization's transitions in order to turn them into a real lever for robustness, consistency, and sustainable value creation.

Program calendar

The program is organized as follows:

  • Six days of group sessions (one day per month) dedicated to strategy, leadership, the systemic approach, and transition management
  • One day of in-company assistance to align teams around the strategic direction, strengthen collective identity, streamline governance, and organize the transition
  • Half a day of company visits, with follow-up communication

Each module produces strategic deliverables that can be applied immediately: purpose, mapping of challenges, robust business model, transition plan, governance, and performance indicators.

Participants also have access to a resource platform featuring systemic methods, frameworks, impact indicators, and inspiring examples.

One of the strengths of the program lies in the combination of three complementary areas of expertise:
